In 2014, IT Tech Direct expanded our tactical communications services to include tower support services. Our Telecommunication Tower Technicians hold a number of certifications including, but not limited to, First Aid/CPR, Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness, Occupational Safety & Health Administration 10 Construction and Authorized Climber/Rescue. The IT Tech Direct team has experience in logistics planning, transporting of equipment and execution of work at remote tower sites that often require access via helicopter, all-terrain vehicle (ATV), four-wheel drive vehicles, snowmobiles and hiking. The IT Tech Direct team has supported multiple tower structures including Guyed, Monopoles, Rotating and Self-Supporting. Supported antenna types include, but are not limited to, High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), and Microwave (MW).

• VHF and UHF Antenna and line installations at various CBP locations throughout the continental US
